The stack mode only add another speaker to cover one a corner of the house to make the speaker sound louder. No value add.

Not Loud
Not loud enough even if I set the volume to the max. Especially when Im in the public transport, I don’t feel like im using Marshall. Not worth my money honestly. I feel cheated cos I seriously think the reason they don’t have a tester in the shop it’s because they don’t want you to know the quality. Used it for 2 weeks now and the right earbud is not sync with the left sometimes.

Woburn 3: No equaliser for genre and customised
In Woburn 2 app, there’s an equaliser fine tune feature for different genres (electronic, flat, customise, rock, metal, pop, hip hop, jazz, ….).
In Woburn 3 app, the equaliser for genres has been removed. Only can adjust bass and treble. Please put back the genre equaliser feature! Thanks

The app just won’t connect with my ANC Motif. Now I can’t select active noise cancellation which is the only reason why I bought ANC Motif. So frustrating!

Broken - even at the most basic level
The app is very very limited in terms of what you can do with a Woburn 2.
Make it worse - since I updated the app recently - the speaker isn’t detected. Hopelessly kept trying and randomly connected for a few times - now again gone.
Please be serious about making an app or else don’t make one.
As for the speaker - Woburn 2 is awesome. The app is a joke compared to that masterpiece.

Superb product
This is a superb product with crystal clear sounds and powerful bass when the song requires it. Totally well balanced and would give any other brand of ear buds a run for their money.
Unfortunately, I can’t seem to pair it to my iMac ….

Unable to link
Bought a new willen portable speaker. Tried many times to add a new device into the apps but failed. The speaker is connected to my phone and able to play music but unable to connect to the apps.

Doesn’t support Major 4
I tried to use this app to control my Major 4 headphone annoying notification sounds. The software can’t detect major 4.
If you want people to use your headphones, support different models and provide the user with a good experience.
I will not suggest Marshall for anyone.

Where’s stereo mode?
I bought 2 Emberton IIs thinking that your stack mode is sort of stereo mode. According to your images on this product, it is shown one on top of another and also side by side. But its just 2 speakers playing out the same and so louder when placed close to each other. There’s no proper explanation what stack mode is good for except doubly loud I guess. Please give us true stereo mode when both speakers are the same. I don’t care if they are different speaker models.
I am considering a pair of Willem speakers for my bike riding, but it is still no stereo mode. Instead I may consider the lower price equally musical Tribit or older Bose Soundlink Micro.

Coupling speakers was a nightmare
Just got a second Acton II to couple to my first unit as I was quite pleased with the sound and wanted a stereo sound. Trying to set up the coupling was a nightmare. And the manual only has 2 sentences of instructions.

The Bluetooth App could not control the volume
The volume got crazy!!! The app could not control the volume and the volume just spike for no reason that it suddenly spike and the top of volume without even doing anything!!!

Can’t seem to connect well.
It initially got connected to my phone, but now it wouldn’t leave. No matter who; my husband or friends tries downloading the app and sync music to it, it just keeps playing from my phone. When I disconnect, it doesn’t connect to other devices. This is absurd and useless. Please work on your app or stereo.

Nothing doing. Developers should just think about just giving ppl a simple Marshall EQ app cause this works like nothing out there..

Have purchased a new Acton 2, playing music via Bluetooth connection is fine but cannot use the app, all options including EQ is grey (unavailable to select) but forgeting function. Pls update and fix.

Totally Rubbish App
I was so impressed by the simplicity of Marshall Speakers ecosystem and I have high expectations so I head to the store to buy Acton II Voice Google Assistant. Google assistant got no issue at, I am too well versed with this. However to my dismay, using this app was a bit too complicated and cannot detect speakers at all. I have reset on & off power, reset both Wifi & Bluettoth settings but still no speakers detected. Such a waste of time.
