Worst possible app
Buggy app, cannot log in, even with singpass. Even after log in, cannot see outstanding balance. Even after you see the outstanding, cannot pay. Have to try every other day or hour to sort out payment.
BEST TO SKIP THIS APP AND JUST PAY WITH AXS.

Sever maintenance could last for a few days. I’m not too sure how do you expect customer who have gone paperless to know how how their bill is to made any payment at AXS machine.

Can’t download bill, error shown. What’s the point of having such an app?
Website is also not user-friendly and slow..still no improvement done after all the bad reviews. Hope Keppel will do something about their website & app.

Unable to download bills from the App
For the past 6 months, I was unable to download the bills from App. Each time when I tap the download the bill button. A message : “Error while saving the file” will pop up.
For your information, I have not seen my past bills for at least 6 months.
Please fix the bug and improve the App.

cancelling subscription
becos of how bad the app and the online portal has been, with no improvement whatsoever, I’ve decided to cancel the subscription with keppel and sign up with some other provider. surely no other services can be as bad as this, in terms of how they maintain their system and the customer experience.

Useless app
It’s been almost 2 years and the app still doesn’t allow viewing of bill (always error) and there is no back button when you explore a page that is not relevant— have to logout and login again and start over. Contract start and end dates are indicated as “-“. There is no useful information in this app and no reason to use this at all.
Hope Keppel will work on a better app soon.

Have feedback to the company few times. Always display error message when download the bill. Do not understand why wasting money to create an app which is not working most of the time. The app is not updated for months!

This is by far the worst bill app ever. There’s no ‘back’ button in the event when I accidentally pressed something wrong. The whole app interface is trash.. super not user friendly. If there’s any possibility I’ll rate the app 0 star.

No mail box inside
I wanted to send via it to Keppel as it will save me typing all the account number and details. At SP app has the opening or termination built in, as well as enquiry to send via the app. This Keppel app doesn’t have such features. Only can see bill and update payment more credit card details!

The most Lag and not working app
This is the most laggy and frustrating app that u ever used in my life. It has been months that i cant view or download my bills using this app and issue till now has not been solved despite the claimed that matter has been resolved.
There is only a few functions to chose from the menu or this app and this app is yet the slowest and still not working properly app.
Most least functions app and yet most disappointing and frustrating app.
I am forced to give this app a star rating or else i would not be able to submit my review.

It’s totally iPhone unfriendly user, whenever I enter the billing page, unable to exit but to close the app restart to go in and relogin again. Use this app ever since I join change to this electric supply. & now I can’t even view the bill At all. Kindly do something about it.

Error downloading e-bill
Recently error when downloading Jul-20 e-bill and all past bills. So have to assume billed amount is correct and proceed to pay since I dun want to incur late penalty charges. Besides there’s no back button if you click wrong payment mode. Need to logout and login again to restart. Hopefully you can improve app to improve customer experience.

Bad design and server
The app was buggy during the initial launch and I thought it might improve with time. After 1 year, nothing was improved or fixed. Login takes 5 minutes. I have never experienced this with other servers. When you finally logged in, things don’t work. I just tried downloading my bill and it gave an error. I’m deleting this app and going to just rely on email for my bills. It’s useless and keeping it in your phone is a security risk.

Bad Design and Usability
After months of downloading this app on my iPhone, no significant improvement seen in the overall interface and usability. I always find myself stuck at somewhere after trying to make payment and can’t seems to go back to the home page. Recently when trying to download my bill before making payment, it keeps showing ‘Error while saving the file’. Secondly after making payment, it doesn’t reflect or update anything but continue to show the balance amount to be paid, which resulted in me making double payment in one occasion. Please invest more to improve the app.

Hi guys, you can't call this an app when all it does is echo the function of opening Keppel Electric's website on it. There's no back function, things such as sidebars aren't integrated properly. I might as well use the website instead of this app. There's virtually no difference or convenience added.

There is no BACK function button. When you go into any function and want to go back, you have to log out the app from the phone. And you have to login with your user name and password every single time when coming back to the front page. This is the worst app I have used. No updated version. Looks like they outsource to a university group to design this app who is not professional at all.

It not an app! It just an app version of the website.
1) After downloading your bill there is no way to go back to the main menu.
2) got key in your ID and password you login just the website.
3) it does not show you anything like your pass consumption when login.
4) No half hourly update usage graph or anything.
App created just for the sick of having one? Then must as well don’t have.
