Disappointing
Tend to crash when checking the history/overview of the transactions
Unable to even reach the login page on most of our shop devices stating “unable to process your request, please try again later” has been going on for a very long time and not fixed yet
I can’t really use this on a day to day basis with my customers

Buggy app
The app is only good for showing sales reports, but otherwise unable to process any other services such as refunds which was the selling point of the service when it first launched. Problem has been going on for months and nothing has been done to fix this issue.

Refund function has not been working for months. Will there be any updates to fix since using there’s a fee using this app.

Convenient but buggy app
Great for collection. You may need to kill the app and relaunch it SEVERAL times to check history or sweep money into bank account.
