Push notifications
Chat push notifications are not timely, tend to not appear, even after NUMEROUS UPDATES, contrary to my experience with Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram.
Me and a few neighbours have missed out on important direct message updates! Our condo management fees are going towards subscriptions for this app, why can’t you fix the chat notifications for iOS?!?

iPhone doesn’t ring when getting an intercom call
The intercom function has been giving me nightmares lately. If the phone is locked, it doesn’t ring when I receive a call through the intercom. After answering the call by tapping on the push notification, there’s no unlock button. To fix this, I have to open the iCondo app. Unfortunately, doing all this usually leads to miss the intercom call, which results in missing deliveries to my apartment.

It often gets stuck.
For example, when the doorbell rings, I try to use the app to open the door, but I’m unable to do so because the app gets stuck. This has become a recurring issue and causes inconvenience, especially when I need quick access.

How to make your life complicated
app is full of useless functions/adds which makes it hard to find what you really need… but beyond the app (which is not the worst), it is its implementation that brings out the disempowerment of condo management when no one holds responsibility anymore and complex process implemented for whatever basic task under the pretext to improve tenants life.

Latest update broke the above. Hope able to add widget as can use it open condo gate with Bluetooth enable. Can still tap app and then tap access to do it but widget makes it more convenient.

App is great because we can use our smart phones for accessibility (amongst other services). However, recently my account keeps getting signed out, about once every 2-3 days, and I’m obliged to keep signing in.

Who runs Home Click and iCondo? Why are there no telephone numbers? Why do they know so much about us and privy to our private details when we have no idea who they are and cannot contact them. Yes, they provide a generic email address but they have never responded to my emails. Dodgy much? Something is amiss and I’m determined to find out more. Refuse to give them your info!

Lazy
This app is good in a way. Most benefit is towards the management who can lean back and read newspapers ie relax during the office hour. Residents can chat among themselves to solve problems or quarrel among themselves. Management never bother about it. Many issues require the management to do the work ie manage the estate but with this app, management can choose not to bother unless residents complain directly to the management office. This app allows the management to diminish their duties. I have noticed that the management do not walk about in a regular basis to see any things no t in order, instead hiding in the offfice or MIA completely. This app with the tv screen installed at the lobby uses more electricity, less paper use but higher expenditures towards the residents.

Since residence don’t get a say, the management companies pick the worst and probably cheapest implementations. This is a fine example of such a solution. A low point in every category of app design. Well done.

Access issues for visitors
The app has access issues. Over the past 2 months we have not been able to let anyone in using the app, so we have to physically go to the building entrance and let them in. Many people have complained but no changes have been made

Dear iCondo team,
Thanks for the work to improve this App. Please kindly make sure the latest update is compatible with iOS 13 rather than only iOS 14+ since there are still a lot of people who are using the older version of iOS.
After the latest release of update (version 3.1.83), I find the log-in is no longer working and the App requires everyone to update to the new version that is only compatible with iOS 14+, hence people with the older iOS can no longer download the update AND can not log in the App anymore. This is creating much inconvenience.
Kindly please look into this and look forward to fixing this issue very soon.

Condo Super App
The name says it all!
It has many features but let me just share one simple example that has made living in the condo amazing and so convenient.
This app now allows me to book and pay booking fees and deposit any time 24/7.
You must be thinking that is not hard… but it is the first app I have used that i do not need to go down to the office to give a deposit or pay the fees.
Others, I can book but cannot pay and if i don't go down and pay my booking is gone!
Some I have to go down and scan a paynow before it is confirm.
This is the first app with a complete option end to end!
Even the refund of deposit and fees is done via the app…. Super APP!
I have been making more bookings and enjoying more of my condo facilities.

User friendly and works seamlessly
This app is really useful! Everything I need as a condo resident is here from opening doors to connecting with my management team and neighbours. Emergency contacts is just one click away. So easy to use! I think the condo management also like using the app. No matter which agent managing the estate they still use the service, unlike my previous estate where they dont use icondo app, keep changing solutions and us residents suffer!

Many design issue
App has many design flaws. For example, garage sale function has no ability for users to filter away the SOLD items. It only allow filter by categories (e.g. kids, kitchen, etc). So, users have to scroll through many, many SOLD items manually. There is no sorting function too. Well, there are many more flaws and many advertisements on the page even though your condo already have to pay them to use the app, which is kind of ridiculous. Imagine buying a product and then you still have to pay more to use the functions without having to watch more advertisements. doesn’t make sense

A significant problem is that chats don’t show up as notifications or banners of the icon like most apps. So can’t tell at a glance easily whether someone messaged you.

Best app i ever used
I have tried a lot of similar apps and iCondo is by far the best! The app runs smoothly and has a friendly user interface. All the features provided are super useful especially chatterbox where I can easily interact with my neighbours. Overall, iCondo provides so much convenience and i would 101% recommend to residents living in condo!!

This was recently implenebted at my condo and makes registering of guests easier. I can register my guests ahead of time and get a notification when they arrive at the condo. Good for security!

Booked tennis court for 2 hours (max quota per week)
5 minutes before my session started, it rained.
Cancelled the booking.
Quota NOT RETURNED.
Unable to book tennis court for the rest of the week.
Terrible inconvenience!

An essential app for condo owners
This is app is really useful and essential for every condo. I get to connect with the MA with such ease to put in a feedback and I have just submitted a bulky delivery form through the app that automatically registers my delivery person in the condo. It just makes everything so easy. I used to make multiple trips down to the office, to ask questions, get the form, submit the form and call them to find out the status of the form. Now all done electronically while I am at work. Thank you for making this so useful and easy.

Camera recognition system

Community app
I have moved into a new condo and it had icondo app. When i called the management office, they told me to submit all my forms via the app. I found this very useful as it saved me a trip and time.
I also liked that it is a place where my neighbours can share their talents like cooking and baking and I can buy from them saving me some money from expensive delivery fees, ordering for just one person. My neighbours also like to jio me to order things together and share good deals.
This made me enjoy my new place even more.

icondo electronic AGM
Covid 19 has really affected and changed the way things are normally done and Annual General Meeting was not sparred.
Last weekend, I attended my second electronic AGM and it was ran by iCondo, different vendor from my first AGM. I was very nervous but it was an important enbloc AGM I had to attend.
I really appreciate all the videos and guides that was in the app and it was useful to help me prepare for the AGM.
There was also a hotline that assisted me when i was unsure and required some help.
Most importantly, on AGM day I was prepared and voting was much easier.
Thank you MA and icondo for making it a successful AGM.

Hey there. Please implement very important feature for users. When booking facilities (at least for tennis) all users can see who booked. Display names of users without personal data. But with possibility to message them.
