The design of online forms for renovation lacks consideration on how it is to be executed. I think the software is written by novice. It requires contractor information down to NRIC of workers and signature of supervisor! How is contractor going to fill it ONLINe ? As an owner I am to fill it in one by one ?

The app’s UI is poorly designed and lacks consistency, resulting in a frustrating user experience. Even worse, some key features are broken. The developers often blame delays on needing time to update the app after a new iOS version is released — but they’re now two releases behind, and the issues remain unresolved. It’s clear they need to invest in serious developers.
Pro tip if you’re reading this: get an Apple developer account. That gives you access to iOS beta releases, so you can test and update your app before the public rollout. There’s really no excuse for this level of neglect.

Terribly unreliable for its intercom and smart home.
Intercom doesn’t work half the time the visitors have to call the owner’s mobile directly when it doesn’t work then the owner will need to ask them to try again.
Very frustrating smart home for the air con whereby when switched on, it sets itself to certain temperatures and also turns off and on by itself. Ended up sticking to the physical remote and not using the “smart” remote

Prevent default to speaker mode
Anyways to prevent the default gate dial in to be in speaker mode?, whenever i try to open the gate for deliveries, the app will turn on speaker more automatically. The second worst app on my phone!
I usually don’t write reviews, but this app had me to do it. And I’m using it for approx. 4 weeks at the time of writing this. It is so, so bad that I am wondering how it was published on App Store. Completely unreliable, calls don’t go through, missed delivery couriers etc.

Bad decision to switch to this Fermax “smart” intercom
It’s good when it works, in reality, it only works about 50% of the time. This app is consistently unreliable throughout the years I am forced to use it since I have no other choices. I have visitors and delivery people getting stuck often since my app will show as not-registered. Sometimes restarting the app works but this requires additional minute of fumbling. Service support has not provided an acceptable resolution since everything will be “normal” on their end.
TLDR; avoid using this system if you are considering. If you are already on this system, sign up for meditation course or something.

Unable to shut off Intercom DND
After the recent update to the app; we have activated the DND function and calls still come through! Even after deleting and reinstalling the app, it is still the same. Annoying especially, the incoming call is also long ringing after it has been answered from the unit.

Bad implementation of setting password
When setting the password, it seems like it ingests special characters and there’s no warning or checking of input characters when setting password. It responds with password set successfully, however, when trying to login it states wrong password, likely due to some characters being sanitized before the password information is stored. After resetting my password multiple times, it seems like it is only capable of storing alphanumeric passwords. Please fix and ensure the app is secure.

The recent update causes lagging. Tap on new date at 00:00:00 to book facilities but with a message popped out and was prompted to login at 00:00 (which I already did). The main issue is that the video intercom notifications only work 50% of the time. When someone buzzes the door, it’s highly uncertain if we will be notified. Sometimes the delivery person will just leave, frustrated if they can’t enter the building.
There are many weeks when the entrance request notifications from the app stop working, unpredictably.
The issue seems to impact multiple users we have spoken with. Despite lengthy Q&A provided, this issue which has persisted for the last two years (in which we have used the app).

Delivery men complain can’t call from downstairs
The problem persists through years. I have to complain from time to time to condo management, they redirect to Fermax, then complaint is closed, but nothing much changes and people can’t call from downstairs and carpark again: who do you guys hired as programmers? It’s disaster how unstable this app works.
Why it says it uses p2p? You need a complete refurbishment of the way the app works, you already have an awful image, bad reviews spread on two years at least. My

Can’t receive visitors app doesn’t work
I missed the delivery of my passport as the app wouldn’t connect. I constantly have to go down to receive deliveries as they are calling the intercom and it doesn’t connect. The problem is intermittent so if it works once they think it’s resolved when they don’t seem to do anything. It’s also my responsibility to report every failure which is time consuming and the system should just work, they should be reaching out for feedback as the app is so bad rather than just expecting every end user to report every incident and being told to reinstall.

This app is horrible and is never working. I don’t understand why condo management would choose for this useless app while charging resident such a high maintenance fee. The intercom doesn’t work at all and I always missed my delivery. Absolutely The Most Disruptive & Inconvenient Intercom System I've ever Used
Apparently if you don't manually log out and sign in the app once in every 2 days, you will definitely miss your delivery/deny access from your visitors.
You will be automatically logged out - ALWAYS particularly during the critical moment when you need to grant access to the person downstairs.
This is terrible app design. I understand this is implemented for security reasons but it's far too ridiculous for residents to tolerate. I'm beyond exhausted. Which app would ever require users to manually log out and sign in that frequently? Also why log me out only during that critical moment?
May I suggest the developer to log me out once a month and give me a 48hr advance notice (through a pop-up notification) that I'm about to get logged out.

Hello can you please read the review and make the improvement? As a developer at least please make sure that the app is stable for using! Every time urgent take the call then the app cannot work, all the delivery or visitors all hang over the gate? Then we still need to travel down and open the gate for them? Then we use the app for what? Adding extra memory to our phone ah? We as the users have been giving so many complaint and requesting at least stabilise the app, you guys then do nothing.

Terrible UI/UX Intercom is always unstable
I don’t often do app reviews but this app experience is by far the WORST, how and why are condos using this app for integration is beyond me. probably its cheap ? but anyway UI/UX is terrible, intercom unstable which led to delays or missed delivery. Please IMPROVE on the stability of your app along with update the UI/UX.

Recently encountered some “intercom call” issue with iplus living app. JY was the one who assisted us to solve the problem. Very helpful and efficient guy I must say , he will constantly follow up with us via email and update us that his team members are working on it to get the issue solved without having us to bug on him to get the problem rectify as soon as possible.

Terrible App, Crushing a lot
Apps crashes at midnight when everyone is trying to do the booking of facilities especially it's a Fri or weekends. It could take half an hour to process one simple booking. Missing key fuction, like allowing residences freely talk with each other. And highly doubt this app has been invented instead of providing service for residence, but to MANAGE residences, caused tons of problems.

Need to improve
Would like to feedback.
1) when have message. It did not show the red circle on the app like other app do.
2) when click go in. Then can see whether have message .
3) when read the message. The red circle will not disappear. Have to click back to main screen then click message again for 2 times, then it disappears.
I using iPhone 12 Pro Max IOS 14.6.
I also delete the app and install again. Still no use.
At first is working fine and when roll out do many updates. Think your side have make some coding logic wrongly.
My notifications is on also.
Pls check and settle the patch.

Rubbish app for ads
Absolute rubbish of an app, serves no purpose other than running ads. Didn’t even deserve that 1 Star.
The function to issue visitor temp pass is seriously flawed because the end time is always fixed at 12am in the morning which is earlier than the start time. Feedback made for this known error, and yet nothing done.
Please spend some time to fix the bug and make this a better app than trying to go around asking people to advertise for revenue, because nobody’s looking at this useless app.

They can’t even get the name right
I can’t even get myself registered because of the poor design of this app. My condo name is D’nest, for God sake, I tried D’nest, d’nest, Dnest , D Nest ,DNEST, etc !! The drop down list shows nothing at all ! My neighbor condo name is much easier to find, I just input NV, then NV residence pop up immediately... what the heck... if you guys can’t get the name right , don’t advertise in my condo pls. Waste of everyone’s time.

Unable to add visitors / inaccurate indication
End timing always auto select to earlier timing thus making it earlier than start time. Making it adding visitors impossible with the irritating error.
Booking of facilities indicated available in calendar view but all were booked when in the date and timing page.
Please improve...

Rubbish app
Total rubbish app. I am a new resident of one of the condos. But I can’t register because the select property field only populates a black view! The app developer needs to be fired.
