总体是个非常有用的app，可惜细节上还有很多改进空间。最影响我使用的是中文输入，可能是限制了长度，接近一行的时候出现莫名其妙的错误。发语音并不适合所有场合，希望能改进或增加长度。

GPS not working
Totally useless. Bought the watch with the GPS to track my child during school dismissal. However, it never works around 1pm-1.45pm. Waste of money to buy the watch.

Better than most in the market
One of the best I’ve seen in market. Can video, voice call, text & voice text. GPS. Remote listen in and remote snap picture. Remote turn off function during class. Fantastic product

Do not buy the hardware and this app.
Could not locate my kid. the app was working for a while then kept saying device is offline even when watch has strong 4G signal. disappointing!!!

Can be better
Any updates require a few times of save before the update is captured. Instructions in guide not very clear. No add friends function in my kids’ watches or in the app. No friends can be added even if they ‘bump’ their watches. GPS is not really accurate and device is most of the time shown offline even though watch is switched on. Group chat cannot add additional family member like sister unless you register them separately in the app.

Good functionality. Wish it could enable more apps or flexibility to download other apps to the watch. Loving the parent control features, so school can be assured of a proper control during school hours.

The app could be better
Overall a good value purchase can’t complain but if had to I feel the app and phone added functions are buggy but main functions work well.
Please fix your real time location updating it’s too slow, the WhatsApp messages come in at the end so kid has to scroll all the way to the end doesn’t show latest and when I call says off line but when I call normally on phone directly works.

Easy to use app, can improve
The app is relatively simple to navigate through. Location tracking can be faster. Sometimes show device is offline when it is not. Good enough for simple communication to user and tracking of the device.

Cannot send receive msg properly
Been very frustrating for months. It’s either I cannot send msg or photos to the kids or the kids cannot send me photos or voice. I have 2 watches and each have different bugs. 1 cannot receive any photos at all , but text can. The other cannot receive text but can receive only voice msg. So buggy !

Why is Device offline when watch is turned on?
Due to COVID-19 where my kids were at home, there was a break that they didn’t use their watches. Now that they started using it again, the app keeps saying both devices are offline when their watches are both turned on. Previously before the app was update there was no problem. Been trying to ways to connect by turning the watch off, calling watch, sending messages but both ways not received. Nothing in the app works now because the device is always “offline”. it’s as good as not having a GPS tracker now.

Honestly, if I did not purchase the gps watch for my son, i will never use this app. Every time I open the app, I have to see some advertisement first. And the app is very slow in responding to local my son's location. The location is also not very accurate. I'm not sure if it's due to the watch or the app. But I really regret buying the watch. I should have just bought a cheap phone.

Apps need a lot of fine tuning.
I have contacted customer support and let them know the issues, And have been following up with them more than 1.5 months. They don’t Care the issue consumers facing.
1. The phone book can’t Key in + , * , # symbol and this is important. In order to make phone call during roaming, the prepaid card need to dial these symbols in order to make phone call.
2. The DND (do not disturb) the app cannot select which day cannot be use. School day it’s not 7days! Imagine everyday I set it 6am to 1pm can’t use, when we go out on sat sun the watch also can’t be use !!
These issue shld not have exist anymore!!
Pls make the change ASAP.

Awesome that I can use this app to communicate with my son with voice msg or text msg. However I'm not able to use app to check his surrounding. Cos whenever I try to check his surroundings, he watch will hang n blackout. Overall it's a great app.
