Information about the auto-renewal of subscription:
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- An account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan.

Initially installed is free but charged weekly after that
I feel bad as when install the apps show it is free but charged weekly which I didn’t know about it until I looked in details on my phone bills 😱. When install the apps it is not clearly stated to us it will be charge weekly and not informed or confirm if we would like to continue with the weekly plan charge or not . Feeling got cheated 😞
Suggest do make a clear message and notification or confirmation whether user would like to continue with charge or not.

OCR does not work
Needed an OCR for tables. Firstly annoying that you have to subscribe (for one week free) first in order to try the OCR option. Scanned a page from a book with quite big letters. It’s completely unusable. No idea how this app got so many good rating. Now I have to cancel subscription again...

Misleading app. Cheated of money
This app is very misleading. The lifetime subscription made from my account was accidental and they immediately deducted my money without any proper confirmation, receipt or invoice and nothing reflected on my subscriptions in my settings.
I am not even able to refund the money despite not using the app at all. Despite emailing Apple and calling in, I am stuck with paying such a high amount of money for something I did not wish to purchase. This app has some ethical issues and is extremely misleading regarding their plans and payments. Extremely unhappy with this. Noticed many users complaining of similar issues. Suggest to other users to use other applications instead. This is so disappointing.

Pretend to be a scanner but using picture camera. You will think it’s free but they will charge you. This is a new method of scamming people.

Looks like a rip off
It was advertised as free. When I downloaded the app, I was then told some insane weekly fee, after a week of free trial. But the weekly fee was an auto deduction, and would continue until terminated. Of course the catch is that it is very difficult to terminate. I really don’t want to try this. All I want is for you to show me how to terminate this subscription and end it.

Horrible application. The advertisements versus reality are millions miles apart. The application say free trial but it keep charging every week and sometimes twice a week. The subscription cannot be cancelled. This application should never be allowed to be sold in the application store.

If it is great app, as much as we need to pay that amount, please let us try some samples, so we know it really recognizes the letter and transfer into PDF, not something like 7 days free trial, but actually we can not know it works. Also we can not know we can cancel the payment between that short term.
