Lousy app for school purpose
Chat function. cannot be addressed to a specific person, and everyone gets to read the chat 😓
Loading the photos is quite a hassle. Always crash.

Would not use this app if I had a choice
I tried to figure out how to have two accounts in one app as I have children in two different schools with different dibear accounts. App support is non existent when I clicked through to ask for help. The app is not very intuitive and pretty slow when it comes to loading photos to send to teacher on the communication front. There’s also no option to communicate to the school with specifics on who should see it. Each chat is exposed to everyone on the chat.

The worst app I have ever used
- Poor designed UI, some elements invisible at some pages
- Irrational logic for multiple-kid or multiple-school users
- Cannot fix the login issue after two weeks
- Checkin photo croning is stupid if you cannot generate a proper thumbnail

Please make multiple logins
My childrens’ two schools- main school and special school - uses this app with different login accounts, and it is a big hassle to login to either. Please enable the app to have multi logins just like Instagram is able to. Otherwise, the app works fine.

Can’t send any message out
Tried using iPhone 6 & iPhone XS Max, can’t send any message out. Reboot Diibear App, still can’t. ISO are updated BUT still can’t. Please advice. Thanks

Keeps crashing
Keeps crashing when viewing photos from activities. Happens to iPhone 7 and iPhone 8

Latest version has bug
Just download the latest version of the app , notice not able to use the filter function under the Assessment page to filter items that are in progress or completed.
Hope further updates will include more filter function so user can filter based on dates i.e. Start date . Keep up the good work.
