Liquid pay may be liquid but it does work when I use it to pay. Useless

Worst app design ever; don’t use it
The submit / next buttons are hidden under the screen, makes it impossible to click. Moreover, once you top up with cash, it’s stuck inside the app and cannot be transferred back to the bank account; unlike DBS PayLah! (A much much better designer app). Think twice before downloading. I never write bad reviews; this is my first, which shows how bad this Liquid Pay is.

UX needs to be redesign
Visually it looks polished enough, but unfortunately the User Experience design work (vender and user) is a mass and incoherent.
It lacks the understanding and consideration of the vender's and end consumer's as-is mental model, work flow and interaction between the vender and consumer, vender and app, consumer and app.

Questionable security
With the increase of security breaches around the world, this app still requires us to enter mobile number, full credit card details and store our fingerprints on their app.. everyone please beware.
